Paris Hilton channels her inner snow bunny and dons all pink winter gear while shopping at Boogie’s in Aspen, Colorado on Wednesday (December 30).

The 28-year-old heiress is currently being sued over a heart-shaped insole design used in her shoe line, Paris Hilton Footwear.

New York-based Gwyneth Shoes claims that they patented the heart pad in 2007, according to the NY Post.

“I personally chose the styling, design, materials and colors for the line and also wanted to make sure it was super-comfortable!” Paris mentions on her website. “Each shoe has a heart-shaped comfort pad sewn in . . . so you can dance all night long!”

Well he HAS been accused of threatening his wife with a knife!

Charlie Sheen and his wife Brooke Mueller both have said they want the restraining order against Charlie lifted so they can attempt to reconcile. Under the order Charlie is banned from contacting his wife at all.

Prosecutors filed a motion yesterday opposing the couple’s request for dismissal, but they haven’t revealed a specific reason. It’s unknown when the judge will make the final call.

We still think Brooke is making a mistake trying to patch up their relationship.

Natalie Portman looks stunning on the February 2010 cover of Elle UK magazine.

Recently, the 28-year-old actress joined George Clooney and Jeff Goldblum for celebrities who were rumored to be dead.

On Monday, the internet was abuzz when a Google search result displayed that Natalie died in a fall while shooting in New Zealand. The fake news comes on the heels of another rumor that the actress is dating Thor costar Chris Hemsworth.

A rep for Natalie confirmed that the romantic rumor wasn’t true.

Nicole Richie has been chosen as the guest judge for the upcoming season’s premiere of Project Runway!

The 28-year-old fashionista will headline the seventh season of the sew-sew reality show which airs Jan. 14 on Lifetime.

Project Runway executive producer Sara Rea shared, “Nicole is a fabulous guest judge. She has strong opinions and gives clear and specific constructive criticism to the designers. Also, she isn’t afraid to disagree with the other judges!”

Never ones to hold back when it comes to living the good life, Beyonce Knowles and Jay-Z decided to ring in the New Year in the relaxing environment of St. Barth.

Spotted side-by-side on Thursday afternoon (December 31), the happy couple held one another as they partook in a leisurely yacht cruise around the Caribbean ahead of the New Year’s Eve parties.

Meanwhile, Jay-Z recently finished up his work on a brand new collaboration called “Light Up” with Toronto lyricist, Drake.

“Everybody is looking for this one joint with me and Jay, so that needs to happen,” Drake previously told MTV. “My goal at this point is to keep making that organic music. I don’t wanna feel pressure now that I have a single and music that’s hot.”

Now having completed the new track, Drake later told MTV, “When I heard that beat, the drums that they had come up with, it was like, ‘Man, this is a moment. This sounds like where I’m at in my life.’ So, we took it and 40 did what he does to pieces of music that I see potential in — he took it to the next spot. Jay-Z’s on it. The song is phenomenal. It’s done now.”

Jetting off to the islands for the New Year’s holiday, Lindsay Lohan has opted to kick off 2010 in sunny St Barth.

Showing off her fit figure, the “Georgia Rule” actress tweeted a sexy personal bikini pic as she cruised around the Caribbean waters ahead of a scheduled appearance at Russell Simmons’ NYE bash.

Updating her fans and followers of her holiday trip, LiLo tweeted, “Starting my new year off with friends&family, the way it should be….. No boyfriends and the other drama.”

A short while later, the 23-year-old cheerfully added, “Peace and Love Mates.”

Always making sure to fit in as much family time as possible, Jennifer Garner was spotted out with her two lovely daughters in Santa Monica on Thursday (December 31).

The “Juno” actress was helped out by a nanny during the day’s outing, with the happy family strolling along Montana Avenue ahead of the night’s New Year’s celebration.

Opting for a little artsy action, Jen escorted her little ones over to Scribble Press, which happens to be the first ever make your own book store.

Meanwhile, when it comes to future endeavors, Jen says she’s not looking for another Broadway gig as it took away from her time with her family.

Speaking of her “Cyrano de Bergerac” role she explained, “It was just my favorite thing I’ve ever done, but it’s hard on my family.  You can’t tell your kids, ‘I’m exhausted.  Wake up with someone else today.’”
