They’re just one of those families that always sticks together, and last night (October 28) the Kardashians helped stepdad Bruce Jenner celebrate his 60th birthday.
Kim, Kourtney, and Khloe all showed up at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse in Woodland Hills for the festive event, as did stepsisters Kendall and Kylie and Kourtney’s fiancé/babydaddy Scott Disick.
And thanks to his recent cosmetic surgery, birthday boy Bruce was looking years younger than his actual age.
With Khloe’s recent nuptials, Kourtney’s upcoming due date, and Bruce’s birthday, this family has a lot to be excited about!
Robert Pattinson can’t keep it a secret. The New Zealand Herald did an article with the vampire, and he talked all about the new movie, New Moon, as well as Eclipse, Remember Me, Unbound Captives, and Bel Ami.
He told about what it was like to film the three movies he has done in this past year, as well as what is to come.
Interestingly enough, while discussing those forthcoming productions, Pattinson alluded – once again – to the as-yet-officially-unannounced The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn:
“I had three days off between Remember Me and Eclipse and then I’ve had to start learning Comanche and bareback riding for Unbound Captives. I don’t only want to do the same part. I’m doing Bel Ami, based on the Guy de Maupassant novel in January as well, and I don’t really know how I’m going to fit that in. I have to gain weight – but I don’t think they’ll let me put on much as I have to shoot the final Twilight movie afterwards. I have to look older, as the character Georges Duroy has been living hard for a good six years just getting drunk all the time. So I want to look a bit haggard,” he tells.
So, if filming for Bel Ami is in January, we all know what that may mean.
Pattinson has spoken before about Breaking Dawn becoming a film, but Boo Boo Stewart’s statement called five films “premature,” but there has also been no denial of creating the movie or if it is in the works. There is no official confirmation, but there have been hints.
Talk about a celebration. Newlyweds Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner got hitched back on Sunday and a post-wedding reception hosted by the groom’s parents, Sery and Charles Kushner was celebrated on Wednesday night at the historic Puck Building in New York City.
The bride’s brother, Eric Trump, said, “It was really beautiful in there. [They are] very beautiful couple.”
Guests said they called the party the Sheva Brachot, which is a special Jewish wedding blessing with a meal. The couple served a variety of kosher food, hamburgers, hotdogs, steak sandwiches, sushi and salads. There were also many desserts including a buffet of candy, chocolate cakes, raspberry sorbet on sticks and brownies. One guest gushed, “They had some incredible food. It was all very well done.”
The 27-year-old Ivanka looked stunning in a dress that was champagne-colored, floor-length, sleeved gown, and had her hair neatly pulled back in a bun. “She looked beautiful, she was stunning,” added the guest.
And of course the party danced the night away to “In My Life” by the Beatules, the Horah and other traditional Jewish folk music. In July of 2008, Ivanka converted to Judaism for her husband.
The party mainly ranged of friends from the Kushner side, but Trump’s parents also made an arrival.
“It was a really wonderful warm feeling In the Kushner family,” a guest said. “A lot of love. They seem very happy.”
Putting her full support behind boyfriend Alex Rodriguez and his team the New York Yankees, Kate Hudson was spotted at Yankee Stadium for Game 1 of the World Series last night (October 28).
The “How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days” actress looked focused as her man led the charge against the Philadelphia Phillies, though the Yankees came up short, losing 6-1.
And it sounds like Kate wasn’t the only celebrity hottie in the crowd as Minka Kelly also showed up to cheer on Derek Jeter.
In addition, First Lady Michelle Obama and Jill Biden, wife of Vice President Joe Biden, were also in attendance, helping to honor US war veterans prior to the game.
He’s the consummate celebrity family man, and Mark Wahlberg recently announced that he and wife Rhea Durham are expecting their fourth child.
The “Italian Job” actor told press he’s evening out their household as the soon-to-be-born is a girl. “I’m having another girl. So I’ll have two girls and two boys.”
Wahlberg also explained that having a large family isn’t something new to him, as he grew up with a plethora of siblings.
“I’m the youngest of nine, and my dad has a few others. No, four is enough. We were all raised with a lot of love. But we didn’t get the kind of attention I think that we all needed. My parents had to provide to put food on the table. My mission in life is to raise my kids right. With all the success I’ve had in the world, if I fail at that, my life means nothing.”

It’s hard to believe that it’s only been 4 months since the passing of Michael Jackson.
It’s somewhat harder to believe that in that time frame, he has become the third top-grossing dead celebrity this year!
Beating out the likes of Elvis Presley and John Lennon, Forbes is clocking Michael as having earned $90 million posthumously. Most of that is due to the countless merchandising deals and the rights to the use of his name and likeness in the new film This Is It. However, he also made millions from album sales, radio airplay and music video marathons from the weeks following his death.
Michael was only beat out by acclaimed fashion designer Yves Saint Laurent and Broadway buffs Richard Rodgers and Oscar Hammerstein, whose earnings were combined.
Crazy!

“Give Life Meaning. Fed Up With Hunger.
Right now, there are one million people in L.A. who are hungry, who don’t have enough to eat or have access to proper nutrition. That’s one out of eight Angelenos who can’t do anything about it – but you can. And it’s simple. Educate. Participate. Advocate. Donate. Do one of these. Do all of these. Do something. Hunger isn’t just a homeless problem. It’s a white problem, a black problem, a Jewish problem, a Muslim problem…it’s our problem.
As a community, we can feed the hungry. We can raise our collective voice to change legislation that perpetuates the issue. We can build gardens, hold food drives and demand fresh produce and healthier choices to those who have no choices. Together, we can end hunger in Los Angeles.
If you’re hungry for change, if you’re fed up with hunger, if you want to do your part to make the world a better place – join our movement, and give life meaning.”

How awful!
A young singer/songwriter from Toronto named Taylor Mitchell was attacked and ultimately killed by a pack of coyotes.
The young girl was hiking alone on a trail in Cape Breton Highlands National Park this week when she was confronted by two coyotes. Several other hikers in the area heard her screams and cries for help and immediately called 911. When help arrived, she was airlifted to a hospital, but at that point she was already in critical condition.
She succumbed to her injuries early yesterday.
We send our condolences out to her family and friends at this most difficult time.
